ISO 27001
Not only, but especially with our cloud service subsidiary NETWAYS Managed Services GmbH, we attach great importance to the protection and security of our customers’ data. Since October 2024, TÜV Nord has officially confirmed our compliance with the highest security standards through ISO 27001 certification. This certification underlines our commitment to protecting your data in accordance with strict international standards.
In addition, we are committed to ensuring that our safety measures are always state of the art and are continuously developed through regular inspections. So you can be sure that your data is in the best hands with us – now and in the future.
TISAX®
Information security is a top priority at NETWAYS Professional Services GmbH. We have been TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) certified since October 2025 and therefore meet the strict requirements for data protection, confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information. This certification confirms our consistent handling of sensitive data.
We see TISAX® not as a one-off award, but as an ongoing commitment. Through regular audits and the continuous improvement of our security measures, we ensure that our processes comply with current standards.

Bitkom
As a member of Bitkom, we are part of the largest association representing the German digital economy. Through the association, we stay abreast of developments in digital policy and maintain dialogue with other companies in the industry.

As a member of the Open Source Business Alliance, we are part of the largest open-source network in Germany. The association advocates for open standards and digital sovereignty—values that also shape our daily work.

What does ISO 27001 certification actually mean for my company?
NETWAYS Managed Services GmbH had its Information Security Management System (ISMS) audited by TÜV Nord. Specifically, this means: documented policies for access control, encryption, and incident management; a systematic approach to risk management; and established processes for handling security incidents. If your data or workloads are stored there, you'll benefit directly from these measures.
What is TISAX®, and who is it relevant for?
TISAX® (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) originated in the automotive industry and assesses how a company handles confidential information, prototypes, or personal data. For you, as a customer of NETWAYS Professional Services GmbH, this means: We meet the same requirements that automakers and their suppliers place on their service providers—regardless of whether you are in the industry yourself.
How often are the certifications reviewed?
ISO 27001 and TISAX® are verified annually through surveillance audits, followed every three years by a full recertification by the respective certification body. This is how we ensure that our security measures remain up to the verified standard not just once, but on an ongoing basis.

Do these certifications support my compliance requirements?
Yes. ISO 27001 and TISAX® cover key requirements that are also mandated by the GDPR and in many supplier audits, such as access control, data encryption, and documented security processes.
