Open WebUI

Your own ChatAI – on your infrastructure.

Open WebUI is the user-friendly, self-hosted AI interface for your models: chat, document RAG and user management in one tool. Connect local models or OpenAI-compatible APIs – GDPR-compliant and under your control, built for you by specialists.

How we work with you

You don’t have to build Open WebUI alone. We accompany you step by step – and stay by your side afterwards.

Step 1

Analysis & concept

We look at your use cases, user groups and existing models and plan together what your AI interface should look like. We know the pitfalls from practical experience - so you avoid a stand-alone solution that nobody uses and one that fails to meet your data protection requirements.
"
Step 2

Structure & integration

We set up Open WebUI to suit your needs: Connection of your models (locally or via API), RAG via your documents, user administration and roles - neatly integrated via Docker or Kubernetes. A well thought-out setup saves you expensive conversions later on and grows with your teams.
"
Step 3

Commissioning & rollout

Your AI interface goes live, teams chat with the right models and access your knowledge base via RAG. This avoids the proliferation of shadow AI tools - all working in a controlled, GDPR-compliant environment.
"
Step 4

Support & Operation

On request, we can take over ongoing operations completely (outsourcing) or support your team with support and training. Updates, user management and availability cost a lot of time internally - we keep your AI platform stable so that you can concentrate on your core business.
