Please contact us responsibly and respectfully if you find security gaps or vulnerabilities on our websites. We take the security of our systems seriously and appreciate your help in identifying and fixing problems.

Please adhere to the following guidelines:

• Do not make any attempts to compromise the integrity or availability of our systems
• Do not publish any confidential data that you may have obtained during your security research
• Report any vulnerabilities or security issues as soon as possible via our contact form or by e-mail to security@netways.de
• Please provide sufficient information so that we can understand and rectify the problem. This includes descriptions, steps for reproduction and, if applicable, proof-of-concept codes
• Keep all reports of security issues confidential until we have taken appropriate action to resolve the issue
• Respect the privacy of our users and do not interfere with it
• Act in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
